The ride with Odin

This is my christmas card painting for last year. In it I wanted to explore the pagan mythology of Joulu (Finnish name for christmas). The mystical connections of Odin, santa clause  joulupukki and the grim reaper, flying reindeer, eight legged horse of Odin, witchcraft and psychedelic experience.
